Maitei, and great to meet you!
“Maitei” is the Guarani word for “hello”.
Guarani is one of the official languages of my beloved Paraguay, as well as Bolivia and two provinces in Argentina, spoken by 6.5 million people total.

My life journey is about finding connections and common ground in diverse situations.
Coming from a politically, culturally, and ethnically diverse family background deeply rooted in the history and development of Paraguay, I’ve come to see myself as an outsider looking in as a result of being exposed to often conflicting world views from an early age as the daughter of a couple that proves that complete opposites can sometimes attract each other.
I guess I’m what’s known as a “cycle breaker” and I’m accustomed to dealing with the ripple effects of changing narratives and patterns.
As I said: story of my life.
Everything I know about marketing to make your voice heard has come from jumping in and just doing it.
Several years ago, I discovered how much I enjoy learning from people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
What began as a handful of conversations gradually turned into a lifelong curiosity about communication, storytelling, relationships, and the ways ideas travel from one person to another.
These days, that curiosity extends to emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
I believe the most exciting innovations are the ones that help us understand each other better, solve meaningful problems, and create opportunities that didn’t exist before. 😊
I live with my partner in beautiful, exciting, fun Ciudad del Este, sometimes called the “Wild West of Paraguay” even though it’s on the eastern border.
I’m the caretaker of a nearby cat colony.
In my fun time I enjoy reading, writing, gardening, visiting wineries, and I’m an avid fan of 3 de Febrero.
